Accessibility statement
This accessibility statement applies to www.gpsurgery.ai, the website of Harlow Road Surgery.
This website is run by Harlow Road Surgery. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it.
What we have done to make this website easy to use
On this website you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- move around the whole website using just a keyboard
- move around most of the website using speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader, such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack
- read every page in plain English, with short sentences and no jargon
- use the website on a phone, with large text and buttons that are easy to tap
Every page you read on screen is a web page, not a PDF. The only PDFs are our policy documents on the Surgery policies page. If you cannot read a PDF, ask us and we will give you the information in another format.
