How to complain
We want to know if something has gone wrong. Please tell us as soon as you can. Most problems can be sorted out quickly by talking to the person involved, or to the Practice Manager.
If you want to make a formal complaint, write to the Practice Manager, or ask at reception for a complaint form. We do not take complaints by email. If you are not happy with our reply, you can go to NHS North East London Integrated Care Board or the Ombudsman.

Chaperones
You can ask for a chaperone for any examination or procedure. Tell reception when you book, or ask the doctor or nurse.
Confidentiality and your information
Our privacy notice explains what information we hold, why, who we share it with, and your rights.
Your named GP
Every patient has a named GP. Your named GP is responsible for making sure you get the care you need from us. You can still see any doctor or nurse at the surgery.
If you want to know who your named GP is, ask at reception or call us.
