If you move out of our area you have 30 days to register with a new GP. Tell us your new address.
We will send your health record to your new surgery when you join it.

If you live outside our area
We cannot usually take patients who live outside our practice area. Use the NHS website to find a surgery that covers your address.
If you are staying in our area for less than 3 months, you can join as a temporary patient. Ask at the front desk.
