Accessing someone else's information
If you look after someone, you may be able to act for them. This is called proxy access.
What proxy access is at our surgery
We give proxy access in a small number of cases. A proxy can order repeat prescriptions only. Ask at reception.
How to ask us
Come to the front desk and ask about proxy access. Both of you must be patients at our surgery.
Getting information by phone or at the desk
We only give a patient's information to the patient. This includes test results.
